The perfect summer scent: Eau d’Hadrien by Annick Goutal
Summer is at its peak and there’s nothing better then a citrus fragrance to complement the warmth of these days. Annick Goutal’s Eau d’Hadrien is an evergreen among the classics, is a luminous scent that adapts itself to every situation, it transcends the times being as chic as easy to wear. It is light, crips, smooth and effervescent. The top notes sport an unexpected mixture of citrus and cypress that is capitalized by an heart of Lemon of Sicily and Grapefruit made subtly sweeter by a touch of ylang ylang. What I like the most about this fragrance is the sillage of the top notes, is the icy sensation of the citrus that persists thanks to the embrace of the dry piney notes of cypress.

Eau d'Hadrien di Annick Goutal è una fragranza senza tempo, un classico tra i classici, è un tocco luminoso che si adatta ad ogni situazione, che trascendere i tempi e che sa essere tanto chic quanto facile da indossare. È leggero, croccante, scivola sulla pelle risvegliandola con la sua effervescenza. La note di testa sfoggiano un’inedita armonia di cedro e cipresso che viene rinforzata da un cuore di Limone di Sicilia e Pompelmo reso sottilmente più dolce da un tocco di ylang ylang. Quello che mi piace di più di questo profumo è il sillage delle note di testa, è la sensazione ghiacciata del cedro che persiste grazie all'abbraccio delle note di cipresso.
E come una brezza fresca sulla pelle rende più piacevole il calore del sole, Eau d'Hadrien, per me, è la quintessenza dell’estate.
