Dior Summer 2015: It's a Tie Dye "to-die-for" collection
Tonalità a contrasto, in un'armonia di nuance che si sfumano su occhi, labbra e unghie facendo affiorare subito l’estate. Colori delicati, smorzati dal riverbero dell'alba o del tramonto, che sposano flash di colore o che si fondono fra di essi per un elegante effetto Tie Dye. Ecco l'estate vista dalla Maison Dior, un connubio unico e solare che vi conquisterà sia per innovazione e performance delle texture sia per attendibilità del colore.
Gli occhi, fulcro dell'attenzione, vengono incorniciati dalle nuance nude dell’Eye Reviver, dal sabbia mordorè e dall’ambra della palette 5 Couleurs in Ambre Nuit e dal platino del Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Platine; oppure sublimati dai bagliori e dai chiaroscuri del cielo della palette 5 Couleurs nella limited edition Contraste Horizon e dal turchese del Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Turquoise.
Le labbra, invece, si fanno portavoce di una seduzione sussurrata, ravvivate e idratate al meglio dai nuovissimi Dior Addict Tie Dye Lipstick - balm che racchiudono due nuance per meglio illuminare il sorriso - o messe al centro dell’attenzione dagli intramontabili Dior Addict Fluid Stick, i rossetti ibridi che vestono la bocca di una lacca ammiccante, riscaldando il sorriso. In ultimo il Lip Maximizer, declinato in Beige Sunrise, una nuance nude leggermente iridata perfetta per le giornate d'estate.
Sul viso poi, la collezione Tie Dye porta l’estate in tutta la sua salute con la limited edition Diorskin Nude BB Crème Summer 2015, un’impercettibile tinta albicocca che uniforma e illumina le pelli baciate dal sole, e i due Diorskin Nude Tan, blush declinati nelle armonie solari del rosa (Pink Sunrise) e del pesca (Coral Sunset) che racchiudono quattro sfumature per proiettare sulla pelle una luminosità sunkissed.
A completare il look, smalti d’eccezione che alle eleganti tonalità sorbetto di Sunwashed, Sunkissed e Sundown abbinano un nuovo e rivoluzionario Top Coat, il Top Coat Tie Dye. Applicato da solo mette in risalto le unghie con la sua tinta granatina dal finish traslucido, mentre sovrapposto alle altre tre it-shades Dior Vernis si presta a sfumature in perfetto stile Tie & Dye o ad abbinamenti bespoken. Il tutto, per una manicure giocosa che parla d’estate.
Personalmente non ho mai amato le tinture Tie Dye ma c’è qualcosa nel modo in cui la Maison Dior le ha reinterpretate che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Il riferimento alle fantasie Anni Sessanta c’è, ovviamente, ma è velato dall’eleganza delle nuance, dall’innovazione delle texture e dall’attualità dei prodotti che danno vita ad una collezione allegra e sofisticata di cui due sono secondo me i prodotti must-have: gli smalti (fra tutti Sunkissed e Sundown) e gli inaspettati Dior Addict Tie Dye Lipstick in Nude Ever per un look easy e Fuchsia Utopia per un tocco più acceso. Ovviamente anche la palette 5 Couleurs in Ambre Nuit mi ha conquistato grazie ai suoi toni nudi leggermente iridati che sublimano gli occhi con discrezione, così come il il Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Platine che garantisce un makeup occhi pratico e veloce.

Inspired by and named after the Tie Dye designs, it features an explosion of colors where delicate tones - muted by the glare of dawn and dusk - marry flashy hues or blend with them for an elegant shading. In a contrasting harmony that immediately filters summer through eyes, lips and nails, the House of Dior gave life to this unique and solar collection that will allure you both for innovation and performance of textures and for reliability of colors.
Focus of the attention, the eyes are framed by the so-on-point nude shades of the Eye Reviver, by the sand and golden brown of the 5 Couleurs palette in Ambre Nuit and by the platinum of the Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Platine or, moreover, are sublimated by the shades of the sky of the 5 Couleurs palette in Contraste Horizon (limited edition) and by the turquoise of the Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Turquoise.
The lips, instead, become mouthpiece of a whispered seduction, brightened and moisturized the by the brand new Dior Addict Lipstick Tie Dye - a balm that encloses two shades to better illuminate the smile - or put in the spotlight by the inimitable Dior Addict Fluid Stick, the lipstick hybrid that dress the pout with a captivating lacquer. Last but not least, for Summer 2015 the Lip Maximizer is presented in a nude slightly iridescent shade that is absolutely perfect to effortless enhance your lips.
As for the visage, the Tie Dye collection brings the summer in all its health with the Nude BB Crème - a subtle apricot hue that evens and brightens sun-kissed skins - and with the Diorskin Nude Tan, a blush that enclosing four different shades to better project on the skin a sun-kissed look, comes in a solar pink (Pink Sunrise) or peachy hue (Coral Sunset).
To complete the look, the nail polishes come in three elegant pastel shades (Sunwashed, Sunkissed and Sundown) and can be matched with a revolutionary new Top Coat, the Top Coat Tie Dye. Applied alone it emphasizes the nail colour with its grenadine translucent finish, while topped on one of the other three Dior Vernis it-shades, it lends itself to create amazing Tie Dye shading or bespoken combinations.
Personally I’m not a fan of the Tie Dye textures but there is something about the way the House of Dior has reinterpreted them that left me speechless. The reference to the Sixties designs is evident, of course, but it is veiled by the elegance of the shades, the innovation of the textures and the nowness of the products that create a playful and sophisticated collection, among which two are (in my opinion) the must-have products: the nail polishes (among all, Sunkissed and Sundown) and the unexpected Dior Addict Lipstick Tie Dye in Nude Ever for a easy look and Fuchsia Utopia for a more heated touch. Obviously the 5 Couleurs palette in Ambre Nuit won me over with its nude slightly iridescent tones that sublime eyes with discretion, as well as the Diorshow Khôl in Pearly Platine that provides a convenient and fast eye makeup.
